Deadly shooting in Langley Park

On Dec. 23, officers discovered a victim in an apartment on the 100 block of Ames Road in Langley Park with several bullet wounds.

Frolian Cuellar Martinez, a 39 year old resident of Langley Park, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Investigators believe that Martinez was inside the apartment when an attempted burglary occurred and he was shot several times.

Along with Martinez another individual was in the apartment at the time and was shot in the arm.

The investigation is still ongoing.
