Founded in 1991, HCDI provides services in organizational management and training; conference management and event planning; marketing, public relations and community outreach and other services. I am also the founder of The Dove School of Business Development, a mentoring program that assists entrepreneurs and small businesses. This program is designed to offer guidance, direction and encouragement to future business leaders as they start and grow their organizations.
