Marco Fidel Neira
Laurel resident Marco Fidel Neira died Nov. 7 at his home. He was 66.
Mr. Neira was born July 21, 1943, in Colombia, South America, to the late Justiano Neira and Felicidad (Herrera) Neira.
He moved to the United States in 1978 and worked in the building maintenance division at Holy Cross Hospital before starting his company.
Mr. Neira is survived by his wife of 43 years, Clara Neira; daughter, Martha Moscoso, and her husband, Juan, of Rockville; son, Marco A. Neira, and his wife, Esther, of Laurel; sisters, Gloria Quezada of Florida and Irsa Buitrago of Laurel; and brothers, Hector Neira of Burtonsville and John Neira of Columbia. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
Mr. Neira's funeral and interment services were held Saturday at Maryland National Memorial Park in Laurel.
