Marlboro loses playoff game
The Marlboro Mustangs U-6 Team 1 peewee flag football team ended its season with a 12-6 loss in overtime to the Glenarden Bulldogs in the second round of the playoffs. Tallion Elliott set up the team for its only touchdown with a 20-yard run. Quarterback Malcolm Doster scored on the next play. Marques Claiborne and T.J. Pierce led the Marlboro defense. The team ended its season with a 4-1-2 record. The team also includes Andre Allen, Joseph Allen, Tyriq Banks, Christopher Caldwell, Robert Crawford, Jaron Givens, Jasiah Harris, Mahlik Littlejohn, Malik Mack, Kyree Pendarvis, Dallas Simmons, Alec Washington and Jeremiah Woods.
