Smar, Feldman
Mary Ellen and Eugene Smar of Rockville announce the engagement of their daughter, Rachel, to Michael Feldman, son of Debra and Jay Feldman of Woodbine.
The bride-to-be, an alumna of Col. Zadok Magruder High School, earned a degree in sociology from the University of Maryland. She works in marketing in Rockville.
The prospective groom, also a Magruder High School graduate, is a technician for his father's company, PrivateEyes Electronic Security Company.
A June wedding at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Rockville is planned.
