Parks, Pangborn

Mr. and Mrs. R. Warner Parks Jr. of Germantown announce the engagement of their daughter, Brigitte Nicole, to Timothy James Pangborn, son of Mr. and Mrs. Woody Pangborn of Damascus.

The bride-to-be is a 2003 graduate of Seneca Valley High School and earned a degree from Kaplan University. She works for Complete Care for Kids.

The prospective groom is a 2002 graduate of Damascus High School. He works for Ruppert Nurseries.
