Butler, Van Horn

Angela and Wade Butler of Germantown announce the engagement of their daughter, Hallie Blue, to Billy Van Horn III, son of Kathy and Bill Van Horn of Damascus.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Damascus High School and is pursuing a degree in health systems management at the University of Baltimore. She is a supervisor for Dick's Sporting Goods.

The prospective groom is a Damascus High School graduate. He works in consumer and business sales for Verizon Wireless.
