ACG Systems of Annapolis won $1.85 million from the Navy for radios.
BAE Systems Applied Technologies of Rockville won $233.66 million from the Navy to maintain, repair and rebuild equipment.
BAE Systems Technology Solutions and Services of Rockville won $23.7 million from the Navy for production engineering, integration, testing, inspection and delivery of an integrated system for installation on shore sites and maritime-tactical platforms and vehicles.
Becton, Dickinson & Co. of Sparks won $44,752 from the Department of Veterans Affairs for chlamydia and gonorrhoeae cost per test reagents and an analyzer.
Cadista Pharmaceuticals of Salisbury won $3.99 million from the Department of Veterans Affairs for lamotrigine tablets.
Dave Wheatley Enterprises of Aberdeen won $1.80 million and up to $27.70 million from the Army for launchers, rockets and pyrotechnics.
Dela Technology of Rockville won $53,981 from the Defense Logistics Agency for direct current motors.
Global Strategies Group of Frederick won $4.61 million, $2.31 million and $1.15 million from the Army for water purification equipment.
Hewlett-Packard in Bethesda won $62,310 from the Air Force for support.
Ravens Group of Lanham won $3,300 from the Army for janitorial services.
Securityhunter of Baltimore won $20,755 from the Army to maintain closed-circuit television and keyless entry systems.
Shinkuro of Bethesda won $4.10 million from the Air Force for the Domain Name System Security Protocol deployment.
Sun Technical Services of Laurel won $284,294 from the Army for bottled drinking water.
Thales Communications of Clarksburg won $120,270 from the Defense Logistics Agency for storage batteries.
U.S. Foodservice Baltimore/Washington of Severn won $19.39 million from the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, for food and beverage support.
Whiting-Turner Construction of Baltimore won $994,817 from the National Institutes of Health to install tunnel washers in a vivarium.

DEALS
Conmed Healthcare Management of Hanover, which provides health care services to county detention centers, reported that Baltimore County exercised the first of two three-year renewal options, for almost $6.0 million annually.
Merkle of Columbia was selected by Alley Cat Allies of Bethesda to provide contribution processing services to support its direct mail fundraising program.
General Physics of Elkridge was selected to provide its performance monitoring system at six of Salt River Project's thermal and natural gas power plants in Arizona.
Kelly Electrical of Upper Marlboro was selected by prime contractor Standard Solar of Gaithersburg to install all wiring and grid-tied electrical connections for a new solar photovoltaic power generating system at the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. The system is to have more than 1,000 solar panels and a capacity of 300 kilowatts.
Telkonet of Germantown was notified by the NYSE Amex that listings panel affirmed its staff's recommendation to delist Telkonet's stock due to the company's "impaired" financial condition. Telkonet plans to lists its shares on the OTC Bulletin Board.
Marriott International of Bethesda signed five hotels under its new Middle East and Africa Region, including its first properties in Algeria, Ghana and Morocco, adding a total of 1,126 rooms. The new hotels are the Algiers Marriott and Algiers Marriott Executive Apartments, both in Algeria; the Sahl Hasheesh Marriott Beach Resort in Egypt, the Accra Marriott in Ghana; and the Marrakech Marriott Palm Golf Hotel in Morocco.

Urgo Hotels of Bethesda acquired the Resort at Singer Island (Fla.) from WCI Communities for $7.1 million. Urgo rebranded the 239-suite condominium-hotel as the Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa.
