Scarlat, Clark
Mr. and Mrs. George Nelson Clark of Silver Spring announce the July 18 marriage of their son, Thomas Albert Rutledge, to Alina Scarlat, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Traian Scarlat of Constanta, Romania, at St. Gheorghe's Orthodox Church in Constanta.
The bride is a graduate of the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, Romania.
The groom, who is also the son of the late Mr. Thomas Albert Rutledge, Jr., is a graduate of St. Andrew's Episcopal School and Sarah Lawrence College.
The bride and groom both work in marketing, and reside in Fairfield, Conn.
