Upper Marlboro shuts out Bowie
The Upper Marlboro U-12 boys' soccer team rolled to a 6-0 win against Bowie last week. Ceyon Albritton-Turner scored the only goal of the first half. But Marlboro broke the game open in the second half, as Parker Everhart scored two unassisted goals and had an assist on a goal by Matthew Waters. Albritton-Turner got his second goal of the game on an assist from Ronald Stith. Marcus Ragland closed the scoring. Michael Rowland and Joe Miller helped lead the defense and Kyle Delong, Noah Coleman and Malcolm Reynolds also contributed as goalkeeper Jeremiah Pace registered the shutout.
