Marjorie Ann Lodge, 94 of Frederick, died Oct. 27, 2009. She was the widower of the late Frederic G. Lodge that died in 1991.

Born Oct. 29, 1914, in Northumberland, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Harry and Eva Elizabeth Solomon Smeigh.

Mrs. Lodge, along with her late husband, were long time members of the Evangelical Reformed Church of Christ of Frederick. She took great pride in and enjoyed time spent on crafts, painting, knitting and her sewing circle, the "Needle Arts Club." Many of Mrs. Lodges' crafts and paintings will be treasured and fond memories for her family and friends.

She is survived by her son Frederic H. (Pete) Lodge and wife Sue Ann of Frederick, daughter Dee Ann Weller and husband Roy of Frederick, her grandchildren Lori Ann Adams and husband Kevin, Frederic David Lodge and wife Elizabeth, J.Corey Weller and wife Tammy, Christopher  J. Weller and wife Regina and seven great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Lodge was preceded in death by one sister, Romaine Goldbach.

Visitation with family was held Oct. 30 at Keeney and Basford P.A. Funeral Home, Frederick. Funeral services followed at 11 a.m. from the funeral home. The Rev. Barbara Kershner Daniel officiated. Interment was in Resthaven Memorial Garden, Frederick.

Pall bearers for service were J.Corey Weller, Christopher J. Weller, Frederic David Lodge, Kevin Adams, Roy L. Weller and Jacob Lee Adams.
