Rockville city police reports
The following is a summary of incidents to which Rockville City Police responded during the past few weeks. The words "arrested" and "charged" do not imply guilt.
Illegal Drug Arrests
-Aug. 21, 11:48, Julia Ann Kohler, 21, of Rockville was arrested for alleged possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance paraphernalia following a complaint in the 100 block of Welsh Park Drive. She was issued a criminal citation and released.
Assault Arrests
-Aug. 21, 1:15 a.m., Heather Michelle Aiyedona, 25, of Rockville, was arrested for alleged second-degree assault, alleged resisting arrest and alleged possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance (marijuana) following a complaint in the 600 block of Marcia Lane.
Theft Arrests
-Aug. 16, 1 a.m., Dimitri T. Williamson, 30, of Fort Washington was arrested for alleged theft, alleged malicious destruction of property and two counts of rogue and vagabond following a complaint at the intersection of Ivy League Lane and Hungerford Drive.
Burglary Arrests
-Aug. 21, 1:01 a.m., male juvenile, 16, of Rockville was arrested on two counts of second-degree burglary and three counts of attempted second-degree burglary following a complaint in the 1100 block of Nelson Street. The juvenile was processed and released to the custody of his mother.
DUI Arrests
-Aug. 20, 7:35 p.m., Jeanetta Grace Sanders, 58, of Rockville was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence following a traffic accident at the intersection of West Montgomery Avenue and West Gude Drive.
-Aug. 21, 1:07 a.m., Samuel Waitak Kui, 28, of North Potomac was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence following a traffic stop at the intersection of West Edmonston Drive and Rockville Pike.
-Aug. 21, 10:44 p.m., Victor Adrian Ramos, 35, of Canton, Ohio, was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence following a traffic accident in the 1700 block of Tweed Street.
Other arrests
-Aug. 15, 8:15 p.m., Jean Marie Tiani, 61, of Derwood was arrested for alleged disorderly conduct, allegedly alcohol endangerment, alleged resisting arrest, allegedly driving under the influence and was issued several traffic violations following a traffic accident in the 15100 block of Frederick Road.
-Aug. 17, 12:40 p.m., Jarelle Tavon Jackson, 20, of Wheaton was arrested for alleged trespassing following a complaint in the 300 block of Hungerford Drive.
-Aug. 18, 2:48 a.m., Nicholas Hugh Ecker, 22, and Mark Andrew Owens, 23, both of Rockville; Matthew Nadeem Khan, 24, of Potomac; and Stephen James Mogge, 23, of Silver Spring, were arrested for alleged trespassing following a complaint in the 600 block of Tegner Way.
-Aug. 19, 8:44 p.m., Ronnie Faulkner, 39, of no fixed address, was arrested for allegedly drinking an alcoholic beverage in public following a complaint in the 200 block of West Montgomery Avenue. During the investigation, it was learned that Faulkner had an open warrant from the Montgomery County Police Department. He was issued a criminal citation for the alcohol violation and then transported to the Central Processing Unit for the outstanding warrant.
Thefts
-Between Aug. 10 and 11, 100 block of Luckett Street, unknown person(s) took a wallet containing money, credit cards and a driver's license from an unlocked vehicle.
-Between Aug. 12 and 19, 1700 block of Evelyn Drive, unknown person(s) took a video recorder from a residence.
-Between Aug. 12 and 20, unit block of Blue Hosta Way, unknown person(s) took a package that contained coffee and a framed picture from the front porch of a residence.
-Aug. 12, 3:30 p.m., 1100 block of Seven Locks Road, unknown person(s) took a wallet containing money, three credit cards and a check from a locker at a fitness center.
-Between Aug. 13 and 16, 700 block of Brent Road, unknown person(s) took two fog light covers from a vehicle.
-Between Aug. 14 and 16, 800 block of Rockville Pike, unknown person(s) took three catalytic converters from vehicles that were at an auto repair business.
-Between Aug. 15 and 16, 1700 block of Regate Farms Court, unknown person(s) took a laptop from a vehicle.
-Between Aug. 16 and 17, 7424 Westmore Road, unknown person(s) took a CD/radio player, four speakers, a shift light device and two amplifiers from two vehicles at an auto repair business.
-Aug. 16, between 7:30 and 8 p.m., 300 block of Martins Lane, unknown person(s) took a wallet containing credit cards, a driver's license and Umoney that was left unattended at an outdoor pool.
-Between Aug. 16 and 17, 13200 block of Ardennes Avenue, unknown person(s) took a sunroof glass panel from a vehicle.
-Aug. 17, between 10 and 11:19 p.m., 100 block of North Street, unknown person(s) took a purse containing five credit cards, money and a make-up bag from an unsecured vehicle.
-Aug. 18, between 5:20 and 5:40 p.m., 1600 block of Rockville Pike, unknown person(s) removed several items of clothing from a retail store.
-Between Aug. 18 and 19, 100 block of Wootton Oaks Court, unknown person(s) took an iPod, a pair of designer sunglasses and a multi-purpose tool from an unlocked vehicle.
-Aug. 20, 1 p.m., 1500 block of Rockville Pike, unknown person(s) took a wallet containing credit cards, a driver's license and money from a customer's purse at a store.
-Aug. 20, between 12:30 and 10 p.m., 1200 block of Rockville Pike, unknown person(s) took a laptop, a pair of glasses, a shoulder bag, a wallet containing credit and bank cards, a USA passport card and a driver's license from a vehicle.
-Aug. 22, 1 a.m., 16000 block of Shady Grove Road, unknown person(s) removed an in-dash television, a pair of shoes and a laptop from vehicle.
Burglaries
-Between Aug. 15 and 16, 300 block of Croydon Avenue, unknown person(s) attempted to gain access by breaking a rear basement door window at a residence. Nothing taken.
-Between Aug. 16 and 18, 13100 block of Okinawa Avenue, unknown person(s) gained access by cutting the screen and opening a window of a residence and took a television, money and a credit card.
-Aug. 17, between 7:18 a.m. and 4:43 p.m., 2100 block of Lewis Avenue, unknown person(s) gained access by breaking the frame around a front door of a residence and took money.
-Between Aug. 16 and 18, 500 block of Marshall, unknown person(s) gained access by entering an unsecured storage area connected to a residence and took a bicycle.
-Aug. 19, between 9 a.m. and 7:45 p.m., 1100 block of Regal Oak Court, unknown person(s) gained access by prying open the rear basement door of a residence and took jewelry.
-Aug. 20, between 8:20 a.m. and 9:40 p.m., 200 block of Congressional Lane, unknown person(s) gained access through an unlocked bedroom window of an apartment and took a bicycle.
