The Liz Lerman Dance Exchange of Takoma Park named Ellen Coren Bogage chairwoman. Bogage is president and CEO of Chesapeake Public Strategies.
George Washington University of Washington, D.C., promoted Peter A. Konwerski of Bethesda to senior associate vice president and dean of students. Previously, Konwerski was associate vice president and chief administrative officer for student and academic support services.
World Neighbors of Oklahoma City named Fred Nunes of Silver Spring a trustee. Nunes retired as a staff member of the World Bank Group.
Montgomery Housing Partnership of Silver Spring named the following directors for 2010-13: Caroline E. Blakely, vice president, multifamily business, at Fannie Mae; Victoria S. Davis, president of Urban Atlantic Development; and Linda A. Kelly, a certified public accountant. Also, Charles Bay, senior managing director at Trammell Crow Residential, was named treasurer.

Nichole Zivuku, a grants financial analyst with the Ravens Group of Lanham, a subcontractor to Kelly Government Solutions at the National Institutes of Health, won a Distinguished Performance Award for outstanding contributions to the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development.

Signal Hill Capital Group of Baltimore named Richard K. Baldry a senior research analyst. Previously, Baldry was a principal with Canaccord Adams.
Kyri Jacobs of North Laurel, executive vice president and shareholder of Bonnie Heneson Communications of Owings Mills, was named a director of Leadership Howard County.
B&O American Brassiere of Baltimore promoted Marcus Garner to general manager and Erich Stumpe to assistant general manager. Previously, Garner was assistant general manager at Jackson 20, and Stumpe was banquets manager at the Hotel Monaco and general manager of Vin Restaurant in Towson.
DuraBante of Baltimore named Pamela Lynch director of business development. Previously, Lynch was demand creation manager at Management Resources Group, a project manager at Marenzana Group and a technical sales manager for Hoberg Gage and Grinding Industries.
The Maryland Science Center of Baltimore named Emma Connor promotions coordinator. Previously, Connor worked for Port Discovery Children's Museum and Glazier-Kennedy Insider's Circle.
The Greater Towson Committee named John DiMenna president for 2010-11. DiMenna is a senior vice president and partner with Rubeling & Associates of Baltimore.
