Johns Hopkins Medicine of Baltimore agreed to acquire All Children's Hospital & Health System of St. Petersburg, Fla.

Marriott International of Bethesda acquired the former Seville Beach Hotel in Miami Beach, Fla., for $57.5 million.
Host Hotels & Resorts of Bethesda, a lodging real estate investment trust, acquired the 424-room Westin Chicago River North for about $165 million.
