Focus is on management, restoration and protection of air, water and natural resources. Programs include quality of streams, industrial and residential pollution prevention, revitalization of older communities, restoration of the Anacostia River and its tributaries, preservation and replacement of trees and the protection of the Chesapeake Bay.
