In this week's edition of "My Favorite Cocktail," bar manager Patrick Forest demonstrates how to make a drink perfect for cooling down after a hot day.

Jalisco Summer
Begin with 2 ounces of strawberry infused tequila
Add 1/8 ounce balsamic vinegar
Add 1/4 ounce lime juice
Add 1/8 ounce simple syrup
Add five Thai basil leaves
Shake over ice and double strain
Pour into a martini glass
Finish with a garnish of lime
