Woman dies after double-stabbing in Temple Hills
Man also injured in attack late Thursday
A woman died and a man was injured in a double stabbing late Thursday night in Temple Hills, Prince George's police said.
At approximately 11:07 p.m. in the 3500 block of Leslie Avenue, officers responding to the report of a double stabbing found a woman and a man suffering from stab wounds.
The woman was found lying in the street and was transported to an area hospital, where she was pronounced dead shortly after arrival. The man was found in a nearby home and was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries, but has now been listed in critical condition, said Cpl. Mike Rodriguez, a spokesman for the Prince George's County Police Department.
The incident was initially reported as domestic in nature, but Rodriguez said police are investigating whether a third person attacked the man and woman. Neither victim has been identified.
