Rockville city police reports
The following is a summary of incidents to which Rockville City Police responded during the past few weeks. The words "arrested" and "charged" do not imply guilt.
Illegal Drug Arrests
-March 18, 7:50 p.m., Antoine Rossanna Mackall, 52, of Rockville was arrested for alleged possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance paraphernalia following a complaint in the 300 block of North Van Buren Street. He was issued a criminal citation and a trespass notice and released.
-March 22, 12:20 a.m., John Pier Arias, 22, of Washington, D.C., was arrested for alleged possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance (marijuana), alleged possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance paraphernalia and alleged possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance (hydrocodone) following a traffic stop on Interstate 270 near Falls Road.
-March 22, 3:42 a.m., Kadeem Walter Haynes, 19, of Rockville, Francis Jose Voysest, 18, of Greenbelt, Dialo Nelson Guzman Jr., 20, of Silver Spring, and Kevin Eduardo Guzman, 18, of Silver Spring were arrested for alleged possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance (marijuana) following a traffic stop in the 700 block of Rockville Pike.
-March 25, 11:52 a.m., Ryan Edward McMakin, 18, of Rockville was arrested for alleged possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance (marijuana) and alleged possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance paraphernalia following a traffic stop in the 100 block of Wootton Oaks Court.
-March 27, 3:28 a.m., Katherine Elizabeth Ebbecke, 22, of Silver Spring was arrested for alleged possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance paraphernalia following a traffic stop at the intersection of Vandegrift and Rockland avenues. She was issued a criminal citation and released.
Assault Arrests
-March 22, 11:08 p.m., Ruth Elizabeth Velasquez, 20, of Rockville was arrested for alleged second-degree domestic assault following a complaint in the 1500 block of Broadwood Drive.
Theft Arrests
-March 17, 10:34 p.m., Mark Durome Williams, 25, of Severn and Deonta Orlanda Williams, 18, of Rockville were arrested for alleged theft following a compliant in the 1700 block of Grandin Avenue. Mark Williams was also charged with possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance (marijuana) and possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance paraphernalia.
-March 25, 12:50 a.m., male juvenile, 16, and male juvenile, 15, both of Rockville, and Butch Elrod, 18, of Germantown were arrested for alleged theft and alleged conspiracy to commit theft following a complaint in the 100 block of Dale Drive. The juveniles were transported to the Rockville City Police Department for processing and released to the custody of their mothers. Elrod was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.
Other arrests
-March 20, 1:30 a.m., George Bernard Schulin, 21, of Derwood was arrested for alleged disorderly intoxication and allegedly urinating in public following a complaint in the 200 block of East Middle Lane. He issued two citations and released.
-March 23, 1:55 p.m., Jermaine Lemans White, 38, of no fixed address, was arrested for alleged trespassing following a complaint in the 200 block of Meadow Hall Drive.
-March 24, 11:03 a.m., Jerome Lamont Vernon, 28, and Krystle Alexis Robertson, 24, both of Rockville, were arrested for alleged trespassing following a complaint in the 1200 block of First Street. Each was issued criminal citations and released.
-March 26, 11:18 p.m., Juan Ismael Sola, 43, of Silver Spring was arrested for alleged trespassing and alleged possession of an open alcoholic beverage container on public property following a complaint in the 2000 block of Veirs Mill Road.
Thefts
-Between March 20 and 21, 1580 Rockville Pike, unknown person(s) removed a wallet from a customer at a store.
-Between March 20 and 21, 7400 block of Westmore Road, unknown person(s) removed a stereo system and a nitrous system from a vehicle at an auto repair business.
-Between March 20 and 21, 500 block of Linthicum Street, unknown person(s) removed a GPS and a bag containing designer sunglasses, contact lenses and miscellaneous items from a vehicle.
-March 21, between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m., 900 block of King Farm Boulevard, unknown person(s) removed a hand-held video game console from a hotel room.
-March 22, 2:40 p.m.), 100 block of East Montgomery Avenue, unknown person(s) removed an unattended cell phone from a table at a restaurant.
-March 22, between 6:30 and 6:45 p.m., unit block of Maryland Avenue, unknown person(s) removed a watch that was left unattended on a treadmill at a gym.
-March 25, 6:15 a.m., 2000 block of Veirs Mill Road, unknown person(s) removed a puppy from a pet store.
-Between March 26 and 27, unit block of Research Court, unknown person(s) removed a GPS system from a vehicle.
-Between March 26 and 27, 1200 block of Allison Drive, unknown person(s) removed an iPod from a vehicle.
-March 27, between 3 and 9 p.m., 800 block of Rockville Pike, unknown person(s) removed a purse containing a wallet, credit cards and an unendorsed check from a vehicle.
-Between March 27 and 28, 600 block of Smallwood Drive, unknown person(s) removed a flag and a flagpole from a yard.
-Between March 26 and 27, 400 block of Dover Road, unknown person(s) removed a guitar with case from a vehicle at a tow lot.
Burglaries
-March 23, between 5 and 5:32 a.m., 1700 block of Rockville Pike, unknown person(s) gained access by breaking the front glass door of a retail business and removed several items of clothing, a cash register and money.
-Between March 23 and 24, 2000 block of Chapman Avenue, unknown person(s) gained access by breaking the front glass door to a beer and wine store and removed money and a laptop computer.
-Between March 26 and 27, unit block of Research Court, unknown person(s) pried open the vestibule doors to a bank and pried open the lower door to an ATM machine. Nothing was taken from the ATM machine.
