Applied Specialties of Beltsville won $39,383 from the Defense Logistics Agency for radio frequency-adapter kits.
BAE Systems Technology Solutions & Services of Rockville won from the Navy $23.24 million to support communication-electronic equipment and systems, and $50,265 to repair radio transistor modulators.
Centerline Strategy of Potomac won $107,760 from the Forest Service for professional, administrative and management support services.
DBKB Technologies of Silver Spring won $7,781 from the Department of Defense for plug connectors.
Global Strategies Group North America of Frederick won $18.75 million from the Army for 103 containerized kitchens and authorized stockage list spares.
Johnson & Towers of Baltimore won $93,422 from the Defense Logistics Agency for gear assembly carriers.
Lockheed Martin in Baltimore won $45,983 from the Navy for indicator panels.
Oceaneering International of Hanover won $8.23 million from the Navy for engineering and other support of the Deep Submergence System Program Office.
Platinum One Contracting of Hyattsville won up to $619,500 from the General Services Administration to replaces roofs under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.

DEALS
Fandango Productions of Baltimore was selected by Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in Fort Washington to provide decorator services and specialty props.
DPR Group of Germantown was selected by Directmail.com of Prince Frederick to provide public relations and marketing services.
Payroll Network of Kensington, a payroll management company, has formed a strategic partnership with Shugo of Moorestown, N.J., which provides services for securing and archiving business information. The partnership will enable Payroll Network, which has more than 800 clients in the Greater Washington, D.C., area, to access Shugo's Web-based FileGuardian application to securely send, receive and store files with personally identifiable information.
HealthCare Resolution Services of Laurel, which provides health information technology services, was selected as a subcontractor to Bourntec Solutions of Rolling Meadows, Ill., for three contract vehicles with the states of Maryland, Texas and Florida. The five-year Maryland contract is designed to help the state government procure IT consulting and technical services.
GE Capital, Healthcare Financial Services of Bethesda has provided $31.5 million as part of a $145 million senior secured credit facility for Harden Healthcare of Austin, Texas, which provides home health care services and manages skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.
PROPERTY
First Potomac Realty Trust of Bethesda signed a lease for about 52,000 square feet at its recently acquired Corporate Campus at Ashburn (Va.) Center with Latisys, a data center operator. Latisys recently acquired Pryme Technologies, which had a full-building, 71,192-square-foot lease in Building C. Latisys assumed Pryme's lease and leased an additional 51,905 square feet in Building B.
