Clark Construction Group of Bethesda won up to $1.88 million from the General Services Administration for lobby renovations under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
Edco Contractors of Aberdeen won $303,214 from the Army to repair boilers under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
Edifice Group of Rockville won $1.03 million from the Department of the Interior to rehabilitate a historic lodge house under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
Fascan International of Baltimore won $70,155 from the Defense Logistics Agency for electrical control equipment.
Govconnection of Rockville won $26,684 from the Department of State for printers.
Honeywell Technology Solutions of Columbia won $88,460 from the Army for logistics support services.
Ibide Corp. of Woodstock won $34,787 from the Defense Logistics Agency for fluid pressure connector assemblies.
Kaydon Ring & Seal of Baltimore won $43,225 from the Defense Logistics Agency for metal seal rings.
Marine Air Supply of Frederick won $26,541 from the Defense Logistics Agency for sensitive switches.
Oudens & Knoop Architects of Chevy Chase won $360,710 from the Department of Veterans Affairs to renovate an outpatient surgery unit.

DEALS
Integral Systems of Columbia acquired privately held CVG Inc. of Chantilly, Va., and its subsidiary, Avtec Systems, for $34.68 million, including $28.17 million in cash.
National Office Systems of Gaithersburg, a records management and storage company, merged with Systematics of Westborough, Mass. The combined company will operate as National Office Systems New England, dba Systematics.
Maryland Perinatal Associates, a group of four maternal-fetal medicine physicians in Rockville, was acquired by Mednax of Fort Lauderdale, Fla. Maryland Perinatal, with more than 45 employees, also has offices in Frederick, Silver Spring and Takoma Park.
Monument Bank of Bethesda doubled its administration space at 7401 Wisconsin Ave. and said it expects to increase its workforce of 32 employees this year by at least one-third.
SunEdison of Beltsville, a division of MEMC Electronic Materials of St. Peters, Mo., received approval from the Italian government to build a 72-megawatt photovoltaic solar power plant in northeastern Italy. SunEdison said it will be the largest such plant in Europe.
PROPERTY
Beco Management of Rockville acquired the 1.9 million-square-foot Meridian Corporate Center in Charlotte, N.C., from Hartford Financial Services Group for $42 million. Beco is committing $25 million in the first phase of the property's revitalization. The center leases 700,000 square feet to tenants including Areva, Hewitt Associates, Wainwright Industries, Viance Engineering, Strayer University, Enterprise Leasing Company-Southeast and IBM.
