Francisco Gongalos Milos, 25, of the 13400 block of Kantrinka Drive in Bowie, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving while intoxicated, among other charges, after a traffic stop. The suspect was released on citations pending trial.

10:31 p.m. Attempted murder. 6400 block of Capitol Drive. Lee Relph, 36, of the 13000 block of Marthas Choice Circle in Bowie, was arrested and charged with attempted murder, assault 1st degree, assault 2nd degree, and possession of a deadly weapon, after allegedly stabbing two individuals. The suspect was released to the Department of Corrections for a hearing before a District Court Commissioner.

11:08 p.m., DUI/DWI arrest. Kenilworth Avenue at Greenbelt Road. Anthony Eugene Brault, 40, of the 6400 block of Fairborn Terrace in New Carrollton was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving while intoxicated, among other charges, after a traffic stop. The suspects are described as a black male, 30s, 6'0", 180 pounds, wearing all black; and a black male, 30s. 5'8", 170 pounds, wearing all black.

Feb. 17

2:43 p.m., Attempted strong arm robbery. 7700 block of Hanover Parkway. The victim was approached by two suspects, who demanded the victim's property. The victim turned to fight the suspects, and the suspects fled. The suspects are described as a black male, 17-19 years old, 5'11" to 6'0", thin build, with black hair, wearing a dark jacket; and a black male, 17-19 years old, 5'5" to 5'7", thin build, with black hair, wearing a dark jacket.

Feb. 18

5:30 p.m., Strong arm robbery. Ora Glen at Frankfort Drive. The victim was approached by four suspects, who threatened the victim and demanded his property. The suspects fled with the victim's iPod. The suspects are described as four black males, 17-18 years old, wearing dark clothing.

14600 block of Baltimore Avenue. No signs of forced entry. Cash register and a small amount of money were taken.

Feb. 18

800 block of Washington Boulevard. Entry gained by smashing out a glass door. Cigarettes were taken. Suspect was a black male, wearing an all black hoodie, black pants with yellow gloves.

Feb. 19

500 block of Main Street. Entry gained through the front glass door. Cigarettes were taken.

15800 block of Millbrook Lane. Entry gained by smashing out the rear sliding glass door. Nothing was reported taken.

Robberies

Feb. 9

200 block of Gorman Avenue. While on routine patrol, Laurel Police Officer C. Boswell observed a man running from the Arby's Restaurant with a towel covering his head. Boswell exited his vehicle and gave foot chase while radioing for assistance from other officers. The suspect ran to the 700 block of Fairlawn Avenue where he was apprehended without incident. During the foot chase, someone made a telephone call to the Laurel Police Department reporting they were just robbed by a man with a knife. Police recovered the knife used in the robbery and the money taken during the robbery. The suspect was identified as Nicholas Colvin, 22, of the 500 block of Clays Lane. Colvin was charged with armed robbery, reckless endangerment, assault and theft.

Feb. 11

Unit block of Woodland Court. A Laurel man reported to police that he just parked his car and was walking towards an apartment when he was pushed from behind. Two suspects removed his wallet from his pocket as he was lying on the ground. The suspects fled on foot in an unknown direction. The victim received a minor cut to his lip. The suspects were described as two black males, 16 to 23 years of age, 5'8" to 5'11" tall.

700 block of Fifth Street. A Laurel man reported that he was robbed by five males who assaulted him while walking on Fifth Street. The suspects struck the victim in the stomach and removed money then fled the area. The suspects had minor injuries. The suspects were described as all Hispanic males ages 17 to 20, all wearing dark clothing.

Feb. 13

100 block of Bowie Road. A Lanham man reported to police that he was walking in the parking lot when he was approached from behind by a man who placed a knife against his back and told him not to turn around and give him his money. The victim handed his wallet to the suspect at which time the suspect and another man fled to an awaiting car driven by a third suspect. The suspects fled on Bowie Road towards Route One. The victim was not injured. The suspects were described as Hispanic males, 18 to 25 years of age, one armed with a knife.

Feb. 20

14300 block of Bowsprit Lane. A Laurel man reported to police that he was walking home when he was assaulted by two men; one of the suspects displayed a handgun. The two suspects struck the victim many times in the head and eye area with their hands and handgun. The suspects took the victim's wallet, money, credit cards, Metro card, Social Security card, School ID, iPod and headphones. The suspects fled in a dark-colored small car, possibly a Toyota. The victim was taken to an area hospital where he was treated and released. The suspects were described as two black males, one light-skinned and one dark-skinned, both wearing dark clothing and armed with a handgun.
