All artists who submit a design will receive a coupon for 30 percent off at Plaza Artist Materials. The winning artist will receive a $50 gift certificate to Michael A. Hairston Fine Art & Custom Framing and a $50 gift card to Plaza Artist Materials, both located in downtown Silver Spring.
At the March 7 "Made In Silver Spring" event, for $5 attendees can make their own T-shirt with the winning design. New black and white solid T-shirts will also be available for sale, but we encourage you to bring your own.
