Riggleman, Carrigan
David Cole of Essex and Sharon Krafft of Gambrills announce the engagement of their daughter, Samantha M. Riggleman, to Joseph D. Carrigan of Laurel.
Riggleman graduated from Arundel Senior High School in 2002. She is currently employed at American Contracting & Environmental Services Inc., handling accounts payable.
Carrigan is the son of Daniel Carrigan of Eagle Grove, Iowa, and Julie Wilson of Des Moines, Iowa. Joseph graduated from Eagle Grove (Iowa) High School in 2000.
He is currently active duty in the United States Coast Guard.
The wedding is planned for October 2010 in Calverton.
