Promicter, Lucas
Carolyn and Gregory Pomicter of Olney announce the engagement of their daughter, Lorna Lorraine, to Zachary Kale Lucas, son of Eleanor Cruz of Essex, Conn., and Jill and Francis Lucas of Groton Long Point, Conn.
The bride-to-be, a 2002 graduate of Sherwood High School, earned a degree in American studies from the University of Maryland in 2006. She is pursuing a master's in nonprofit management from the University of Maryland and is the program coordinator for CIVICUS at the University of Maryland.
The prospective groom earned a degree in economics in 2006 from the University of Maryland. He is an assistant manager with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Maryland.
A spring wedding is planned.
This announcement originally misspelled the Pomicter's last name as Promicter.
