USEC of Bethesda named M. Richard Smith a director. Smith retired as president of Bechtel Fossil Power in 2007. He also was CEO of Intergen.
EagleBank of Bethesda named Demond D. Davis vice president and commercial loan officer for the Maryland market. Previously, Davis was a relationship manager in the commercial banking group with PNC Financial Services and an associate relationship manager in the business banking group with Wachovia.
Reznick Group of Bethesda named Kurt Sturn a tax principal in its Baltimore office. Previously, Sturn worked for Watkins Meegan and was founder and managing tax partner of Sturn Wagner Lombardo & Co.

Previously, Mandel was director of marketing communications for E-Luminate Group, senior political analyst at the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, deputy legislative director for U.S. Rep.
