So I go over to a restaurant in Bethesda for the first time. Wow! Lots of neat restaurants here. Maybe I'll come back.

Get a $35 parking ticket in front of a meter at 8:48 p.m. on a Saturday. I should have read the sign that said 10 p.m. Yep, you got me.

The county will get its $35, however, now I won't be back. No wonder those restaurants seem a bit empty.
