The Gazette edits letters for brevity, grammar and clarity. Please limit letters to one idea and 200 words. While we do not have room to publish all letters in print, we attempt to publish all letters on Gazette.Net, provided they are not libelous and do not constitute a personal attack.

To be eligible for publication in the newspaper, letters must be received by noon Friday to run in the following week's newspaper.

Because of the volume received, we cannot return or acknowledge letters not used.
